SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Contract: The property must be under contract and will need to be emailed to [email protected] for deal approval.

Time: We require at least 2 weeks notice to ensure that we will have enough time to get the property marketed and find a buyer.

Access: We must know the access to the property including the lock box code.
