Core Funding Services can provide funding for the purchase of an investment property. We can also fund the rehab of the property as a separate loan.

LOAN OVERVIEW

Typical terms are:

11-14% interest only, monthly payments

1-4 points origination fee, paid up front

6 month term with 3 month renewal option
